About the Position The HR business area is part of the municipal management, where the staffing unit, payroll unit, and HR unit together with the HR staff direct, support, coordinate, and provide service and develop HR matters. The administration is seeking a new HR Unit Manager, as the current manager is moving on to new challenges. The role is central to the continued development of the municipality's employer function and involves overall responsibility for leading, developing, and ensuring quality of HR support to the municipality's managers in close collaboration with the HR staff.
