WORK TASKS Within the HR Business Area are the staffing unit, payroll unit, HR unit, and an HR staff that together manage, support, coordinate, and provide service and develop HR matters in the administration. The HR unit's mission is to provide management and operations-focused support to the administration's managers. The unit consists of 9 HR partners, two HR administrators, and one HR unit manager. We are now seeking an HR Partner for a substitute position during a colleague's parental leave. You and your colleagues will work providing management support to principals within primary schools. The substitute position is planned to start on August 31 or by agreement and runs for 12 months, with the possibility of introduction and good handover. We are looking for you to provide tactical and operational management-focused support to managers, with emphasis on support with rehabilitation, workplace environment issues, interpretation of laws and agreements, negotiations, investigations, and other individual matters that arise. You will participate in collaboration forums and, if needed, management group meetings for primary schools. You will be part of a team of four HR partners who support managers within the Education sector. You will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise within specialized areas, where you and your colleagues lead and coordinate work on behalf of HR management. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with higher education in HR or other education that we consider equivalent. We prefer that you have experience with management-focused support within the HR field. To succeed in this role, you need to have an interest and confidence in areas such as interpretation of laws and agreements, rehabilitation and workplace environment issues, and apply this with the operations in focus. It is meritorious if you have experience with HR work in public administration and experience with education and investigations within workplace environment and employment law. Personal qualities: We are looking for someone who is confident in yourself and in the role as HR Partner, with the ability to create trusting relationships and provide constructive support to managers. You communicate clearly and can explain HR issues in an understandable way while listening and taking others' perspectives into account. You can work with multiple processes simultaneously and do so with structure and good ability to see the bigger picture. At the same time, you enjoy collaborating in a team and contributing to collective performance. We value responsibility, commitment to HR work, and a willingness to contribute to daily operations.
