About the Role You will lead a skilled, autonomous team through the full product lifecycle - from early concepts to new builds and continuous improvement. The team is responsible for applications across the full stack - from embedded software running directly on the machine to cloud-based services. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will write code, set technical direction, and make sure the team has what it needs to deliver. Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience working with children and young people in, for example, public authority work, residential care facilities, or consultant-supported family care. You have good knowledge of social services work and can work independently while building and maintaining good relationships with family care homes, children, young people, and clients. You are confident, flexible, and demonstrate a professional approach when working with children, young people, and families.
