Maintenance Supervisor / Facility Manager

The company was founded in 2011 We are now seeking a new facility manager ABOUT THE WORK This is a full-time position with working hours Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. In rare cases, emergency work outside regular hours may be needed, but only by agreement. You will work largely independently with your own responsibility, so it is desirable that you have experience in facility management or similar experience Tasks that may occur include: - Snow shoveling/de-icing in winter and grass cutting in summer - Contact with tenants which requires good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written - Ongoing maintenance and repairs of properties - Cleaning of common areas in stairwells and laundry rooms - Carpentry and painting work - Some electrical and plumbing work Days may consist of varying tasks which requires you to be flexible ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who is - Flexible (varying tasks) - Practical/handy - Service-oriented (requires social skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written) - Has good work ethic - Initiative-taking, independent and driven (much solo work) - Good physical condition as heavy lifting may occur in the work - Meritorious if you have knowledge of electrical and plumbing work - Has experience in facility management or similar tasks - Problem-solving oriented B-license is required as the properties are located at a distance from each other, so a car is needed for transportation Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
