You work preventively, promotively, and interventively to support students' language, writing, and reading development. You work closely with teachers, student support services, and school leadership to early identify needs, analyze results, and plan interventions that make a difference for student learning. You conduct assessments and pedagogical evaluations, plan and implement special education interventions, and contribute guidance and coaching to teachers.
