Operator/Concrete Worker | Modern Cement Technology AB | Heby

Modern Cement Technology AB is seeking experienced and detail-oriented operators/concrete workers for work in Heby! This position is ideal for you if you enjoy practical production work, have a good understanding of concrete processes and safety, and want to contribute to stable and quality-conscious production. This position is an assignment through Lernia with placement in Heby. The assignment is full-time with a start date to be agreed upon. About the Position As an operator/concrete worker, you will work in our production environment where you are responsible for operating machines, preparing and handling floor leveling products, as well as quality control and forklift operation. You will be an important part of the team and work closely with production managers, maintenance, and logistics to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable deliveries. Your main responsibilities include: Operating and monitoring machines Preparing, transporting, and handling floor leveling products according to instructions Quality checks, sampling, and documentation Basic machine maintenance (routine inspections) and reporting deviations to maintenance Loading and unloading materials and operating forklifts as needed Safety work and compliance with occupational health and environmental requirements Collaboration with the production team to optimize processes and improve routines About You Formal Qualifications Upper secondary education, preferably with a technical or industrial profile Experience working in a concrete or production environment, with at least a few years of experience preferred Basic knowledge of machine operation and simple maintenance tasks Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written B-class driving license Meritorious It is an advantage if you have experience with: Working with modern concrete technology processes or in prefabricated concrete production Quality documentation and sampling according to standards Experience with control and monitoring systems (PLC) or digital production systems Working in small or medium-sized industrial companies where flexibility and broad responsibility are required Mechanical knowledge Forklift certification and experience operating counterbalance forklifts Traverse certification As a person, you are flexible, safety-conscious, and cooperative. You work methodically, take responsibility for the quality of your work, and contribute to a positive work environment. You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and are solution-oriented when dealing with operational disruptions. You enjoy physical work and don't mind getting dirty.
