Welcome with your application! About the role As Finance Manager at Bulten Hallstahammar, you have a central and operations-focused role with overall responsibility for the finance function. You report to the CEO and have a central position in the company's management team. In your role, you also interact with the group's and sister factories' finance functions. The operation has recently undergone an exciting transformation journey where the manufacturing units have assumed comprehensive business responsibility from raw materials to delivery to end customers. To support this, the organization has been strengthened with all associated administrative functions. The role requires a leader with clear presence who can confidently balance the group's requirements with the local factory's reality in an international and competitive environment. You will lead a strong and excellent team with functions within accounting, controlling, and receivables management. Your main responsibilities include: Lead, coach, and develop the finance team Monitor revenue, results, and activity targets Responsible for the budgeting and forecasting process Ensure correct internal and external reporting Prepare annual reports, tax returns, and statutory reporting Responsible for financial control and management in the company Together with the team, develop calculation models and pricing strategies in close collaboration with production Prepare qualified analyses and decision-making materials for management and the group Be the contact person with auditors, banks, and insurance companies The role is both operational and strategic and involves close collaboration with production and operations where you serve as a natural sparring partner on profitability and business matters. We are looking for you with solid experience in finance and financial management from the manufacturing industry, preferably with experience from high-volume production within the automotive industry. You are experienced in working in an international group environment where the demands for analysis, structure, and delivery are high. You have experience with: Accounting and financial management Budgeting and forecasting work Group reporting Production-related finance and calculation work Leading and developing teams Advanced Excel and professional presentation of decision-making materials Experience with business systems such as M3, SAP, or similar is a merit. You master Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and business-minded. You have gravitas and inspire confidence in both the management team and the group. About the Position The role is broad and operationally focused, giving you the opportunity to combine financial reporting and accounting with analysis, business support, and process development. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and support various business functions with financial monitoring, analysis, and decision-making documentation. Your main responsibilities include: Ensure quality and maintenance of master data in the business system Provide business support to various functions through financial monitoring, analysis, and advisory Budget, forecast, and planning work within your area of responsibility Analyze financial results and prepare reports and decision-making documentation Customer invoicing and follow-up on accounts receivable Support the business in interpreting financial information and contribute to well-founded business decisions Continuously develop and improve finance and internal processes Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, internal controls, and group requirements Support internal and external audits Assist with financial closing and ongoing accounting Assist with group reconciliations and financial reporting within the group Beyond collaboration with colleagues in the company's other business areas, you will interact with several central functions across the entire GKN Aerospace group, both locally in Hallstahammar, Trollhättan, and Gothenburg, as well as globally, primarily in the U.K. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
