Your Responsibilities In the inspection department, various inspections are performed, such as penetrant testing, radiography, measurement, and visual inspection of products before delivery. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to operate and oversee advanced inspection methods. GKN Aerospace is in a growth phase with planned investments and development of new methods to be implemented in the coming years. You will be an important part of being responsible for implementing and operating new equipment such as digital radiography and ensuring high quality of products inspected with the technology. Your responsibilities include: Perform radiographic inspections of products according to applicable instructions and quality requirements. Perform visual inspection and assessment of products prior to delivery. Evaluate and document inspection results and report deviations. Ensure that inspections are carried out in accordance with applicable processes, standards, and safety requirements. Participate in the implementation, commissioning, and development of new inspection equipment, such as digital radiography. Contribute to developing and improving inspection methods and practices within the operation. Assist in ensuring high quality of products and processes. We are looking for two operators for radiography where the duties also include visual inspection. The position is based on a 2-shift schedule. Working Hours 2-Shift Morning: 06:00–14:00 (Monday–Thursday), 06:00–12:00 (Friday) Afternoon: 14:00–23:30 (Monday–Thursday) Your Profile We prefer that you have at least three years of technical education or equivalent experience from the manufacturing industry. Experience with radiography or penetrant testing is a merit. In this role, the new technology is in focus, and we are looking for someone with a genuine drive and curiosity to learn, understand, and develop it together with the team. To inspect and evaluate products with radiography and penetrant testing, you need to have at least Level 2 certification. If you do not have this today, you will need to undergo training and practical instruction to obtain certification. To thrive in the role, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working closely with your colleagues. You have analytical thinking, enjoy solving problems, can drive improvement work, and have a curiosity that drives you to find well-thought-out and practical solutions. We would also prefer that you: Have experience with radiography or penetrant testing, which is a merit. Are meticulous and have an eye for detail, which is important for visual inspection and quality assessment of products. QUALIFICATIONS To work as a substitute teacher in school operations, you need to have a passing upper secondary school diploma, alternatively training in Children and Leisure (Vux) as a childcare worker. You must speak Swedish well and communicate fluently in Swedish both spoken and written. You need to be able to get to work with short notice. Adapted Primary School is integrated within Nibbleskolan. At Adapted Primary School, we have students studying subject areas and subjects in grades 1-9. We operate four classes and a recreation program, also integrated at Nibbleskolan. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a recreation supervisor, you will also work in the classroom during school hours. Together with colleagues, you will lead and develop the recreation program based on the recreation curriculum. In Hallstahammar Municipality, we have two overarching work groups focused on development and administration to increase consistency in recreation programs across Hallstahammar. We actively work to strengthen collaboration between Nibbleskolan's two recreation programs—one for primary school and one for Adapted Primary School.
