We welcome your application! About the Role As Finance Manager at Bulten Hallstahammar, you will have a central and operations-close role with overall responsibility for the finance function. You report to the CEO and hold a central position in the company's management team. In your role, you will also interact with the group's and sister factories' finance functions. The operation has recently undergone an exciting transformation where the manufacturing units have been given comprehensive business responsibility from raw materials to customer delivery. The organization has been strengthened with all associated administrative functions. This means increased demands for comprehensive business perspective with great opportunities to put your own mark on how the finance function creates business value. The role requires a leader with clear presence who can confidently balance the group's requirements with the local factory's reality in an international and competitive environment. You will lead a strong and excellent team with functions in accounting, controlling, and accounts receivable management. Your main responsibilities include: Lead, coach, and develop the finance team Monitor revenue, results, and activity targets Responsible for the budget and forecast process Ensure correct internal and external reporting Prepare annual reports, tax returns, and statutory reporting Responsible for financial control and governance in the company Together with the team, develop calculation models and pricing strategies in close collaboration with production Prepare qualified analyses and decision-making materials for management and the group Serve as contact person for auditors, banks, and insurance companies The role is both operational and strategic and involves close collaboration with production and operations where you function as a natural sparring partner on profitability and business matters. Who Are You? We are looking for you who have solid experience in finance and financial management from manufacturing industry and preferably with experience from high-volume production within the automotive industry. You are accustomed to working in an international group environment where demands for analysis, structure, and delivery are high. You have experience in: Accounting and financial management Budget and forecast work Group reporting Production-related finance and calculation work Leading and developing teams Advanced Excel and professional presentation of decision-making materials Experience with business systems such as M3, SAP, or similar is a merit. You master Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and business-minded. You have gravitas and inspire confidence in both management team and group. You communicate clearly, factually, and with weight and can naturally stand behind your analyses and recommendations. Your leadership is coaching and developmental. You prioritize wisely, delegate effectively, and create structure that frees up time for strategic work.
