We are looking for servers for Babord Hamnkrog on a full-time and part-time basis. Job Requirements – Server We are seeking an engaged and service-oriented server for our restaurant at Grisslehamns Marina. We are looking for someone who: Has experience serving (preferred but not required if you have the right attitude). Is cheerful, positive, and puts the guest first. Is fast, stress-resilient, and thrives in a high-paced environment. Is reliable, responsible, and arrives on time. Has good teamwork skills and contributes to a positive work environment. Speaks Swedish or English. Additional languages are a plus. Is at least 18 years old. Accommodation Since the work is mainly scheduled for evenings and weekends, it is important that you: Live in the local area, or Are willing to move into our simple staff housing on the premises. The accommodation consists of cottages with a shared service building. Working Hours Primarily evenings and weekends. Extra shifts may occur on weekdays and during peak season.
