We are looking for servers for Babord Hamnkrog on a full-time and part-time basis. Job Requirements – Server We are seeking an engaged and service-oriented server for our restaurant at Grisslehamns Marina. We are looking for someone who: Has experience serving (preferred but not required if you have the right attitude). Is cheerful, positive, and puts the guest first. Is fast, stress-resilient, and thrives in a high-paced environment. Is reliable, responsible, and arrives on time. Has good teamwork skills and contributes to a positive work environment. Speaks Swedish or English. Additional languages are a plus. Is at least 18 years old. Accommodation Since the work is mainly scheduled for evenings and weekends, it is important that you: Live in the local area, or Are willing to move into our simple staff housing on the premises. The accommodation consists of cottages with a shared service building. Working Hours Primarily evenings and weekends. Extra shifts may occur on weekdays and during peak season. Hourly employment with the possibility of more hours during the summer season. We Offer An enjoyable and varied job in a popular marina and restaurant environment.
