About the workplace Dialogen is one of five units within Children and Family and is organized under the Children and Education Administration in Falun Municipality. At Dialogen, family therapists, group leaders, and a unit manager work together to provide support services to children, young people, and families. The mission also includes collaboration with family centers and counseling services for children and young people as well as the implementation of group activities for parents, children, and young people. The work involves extensive collaboration with the social services authority's child and family services as well as with schools, child and student health services, and other important collaborating partners.
