About Customer First At Customer First, we develop an AI-driven contact center and case management platform for large enterprises. Our platform runs in private Kubernetes clusters and is built on MariaDB Galera, MaxScale, ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines, and a high degree of automation. You'll work with systems where availability, security, and stability are critical parts of daily operations. We're a team of just over 30 people and work 100 percent from our office in Stockholm. We believe in close collaboration, fast decision-making, and developing fastest by working together. About the Role We're looking for someone with hands-on experience with Kubernetes who wants to take the next step in DevOps and platform development. You don't need to be an expert in all parts of our technical environment from the start. What matters most is that you have a strong technical foundation, can work independently, and want to grow into greater responsibility for operations, automation, and architecture. You'll work together with developers and other technical leads on our Kubernetes environments, CI/CD flows, databases, monitoring, and internal automation tools. Examples of What You'll Work With Operations and further development of our Kubernetes environments Improving CI/CD and deployment flows Automation of recurring and manual tasks Monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management Backup, redundancy, and high availability Scripting and internal tools, primarily in Python Improvements in security, stability, and performance Documentation of technical solutions and working methods We Believe You Have Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux Experience operating or deploying systems in production Basic understanding of CI/CD and GitOps Ability to troubleshoot technical problems in a structured way Experience writing scripts or small tools, preferably in Python Understanding of automation and why manual steps should be minimized Basic knowledge of networking, databases, and high availability An interest in system design and long-term platform development We don't expect you to already know our entire tech stack. We're now seeking a DevOps Team Lead who wants to take long-term responsibility for our technical platform, work hands-on day-to-day, and over time build and lead a DevOps team. You'll work hands-on with infrastructure while setting direction for how we approach DevOps, operations, and incident management.
