Development Leader Arena Skog
The forest is full of possibilities. Are you the one who sees them? Become part of the Green Cluster and develop Arena Skog in Västra Götaland together with forest owners, research institutions, and the business community. The forest's significance for the economy, climate, biodiversity, and rural development has never been greater. Arena Skog is the neutral meeting place where forest owners, research, business, and the public sector work together to develop new ideas, strengthen innovation, and create new opportunities – always with the forest owner at the center. Now the Green Cluster is seeking a development leader who wants to take Arena Skog into its next phase. You will become part of the Green Cluster's creative and learning team and take on a key role in developing Arena Skog together with our collaboration partners. Your assignment is about creating conditions for development. You don't need to be the expert with answers to all forestry questions. You will build relationships, identify needs, create meetings between people and organizations, and translate ideas into concrete development initiatives. In this role, you will be a bridge builder between forest owners, companies, research institutions, and the public sector. Initially, your assignment will be to represent the Green Cluster operationally in Arena Skog 2.0 and in the Interreg project Skog till Stol (Forest to Chair). The role will therefore develop as the operations evolve. An important part of your work will be to build trust between people with different perspectives and move development processes forward. We are looking for you who Have a good understanding of Swedish forestry, feel at home in the forest sector, and have good relationships there. You are driven by development. You enjoy creating engagement, building networks, and getting people to work together toward common goals.
