At House B, we offer you the opportunity to develop as a nursing assistant in a pleasant and professional work environment. You will work under close and coaching leadership where you receive support and opportunities to develop in your role. About the Role As a nursing assistant with us, you become an important part of an engaged team working to provide our residents with a safe, stimulating, and meaningful daily life. You work with personal care and individualized nursing, meeting each person based on their needs and wishes. The position includes scheduled activity time with residents and dedicated time for your own administration, providing good conditions for structure and quality in your work. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES · Provide personal care and support with daily activities · Plan and carry out individualized activities · Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to create alignment regarding residents' needs · Document according to current routines and guidelines · Actively contribute to the development and improvement of operations QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: · Evidence of protected professional title for nursing assistant, or alternatively, that you are covered by transition rules (permanent nursing assistant employed as of July 1, 2023) · Good digital documentation skills Meriting: · Experience working within dementia care · Or a strong interest in working with people living with dementia We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and who always considers the resident's needs and perspective.
