About the Role

Your Responsibilities
As a coordinator, you work on designing and developing electrical distribution networks within the local grid (0.4–24 kV). You create the conditions for safe and efficient project execution and become a central link between technology, project management, and field operations.
You will, among other things:
Design overhead networks, underground cable networks, and substations
Develop technical solutions and perform network calculations
Work with cost estimates and documentation for quotations and bids
Engage in dialogue with landowners, customers, authorities, and internal departments
Take responsibility for documentation, follow-up, and quality assurance
You will become part of an inclusive and supportive team where knowledge is shared and collaboration is the focus. The work takes place both from the office and in the field, in close cooperation with project managers, service leaders, and technicians. This gives you a varied workday with both technical and interpersonal elements.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, we see that you appreciate working both independently and with others, and that you contribute to a positive work environment. You are thorough, organized, and feel confident taking responsibility for your tasks.
We know you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have:
Electrical engineering education or equivalent work experience
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Driver's license (Category B)
Experience working with digital tools and an interest in technology
It is advantageous if you also have:
Experience working with overhead networks, underground cable networks, and substations
Experience as a coordinator or distribution electrician
Knowledge of EBR, design, cost estimation, or bid preparation
Experience with contract management and contract law
Basic knowledge of English
