Facilities Manager, Temporary Position

Description The role primarily involves facilities management, and also includes general building maintenance duties. This means that together with a facilities team, you will ensure daily operations, work with supervision, maintenance, upkeep, and corrective measures within Arjeplog Municipality's property portfolio. The work is independent, challenging, and involves contact with contractors, tenants, and property managers. You should identify opportunities, suggest improvements, and be able to structure and plan your own work. Qualifications We are looking for a self-motivated, resourceful, and problem-solving person with experience in facilities management or building maintenance. We would like you to have the required education or equivalent experience. You enjoy varied work tasks and have a service-oriented approach to your work. You are also accustomed to working independently with customer contacts. If you have further education in operations engineering or equivalent technical education, controls and regulations, ventilation, or qualifications in electrical work and heating/cooling systems, this is a merit. We place great importance on your personal qualities. You have good skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. A B-category driver's license is a requirement.
