We are seeking Catering Staff Members for Silver Resort - the hub of tourism and winter automotive testing operations in beautiful Arjeplog. Working at one of our 4-star hotels in the heart of the international automotive testing industry is a unique experience. This is not a traditional seasonal job with vacationing party guests. Most of our guests are with us for work; they are accustomed to high-class standards, professional service, and personal attention. That is why we place great importance on recruiting people with the right attitude, who understand the value of going the extra mile and who have the ability to be outgoing and active in their approach, meet guests' needs, work with heart, and maintain a positive attitude. For the winter season 2027, we are now seeking several people who want to work with us in an exciting and intensive industry. As a catering staff member with us, you must have the right personality—be open, outgoing, forward-thinking, social, and enjoy meeting people from around the world while providing them with personal and professional service. You will be part of a team where everyone helps each other assemble the day's predetermined production. The work includes food preparation, packaging meals, delivery to customers, as well as table setting and service on-site. We are particularly looking for someone who has an interest in cooking and wants to develop further in this area. Cooking is guided, and you will serve according to predetermined recipes, exactly the way the customers—the automotive companies—want it and have tested with our chefs. As a catering staff member, you must also be prepared to work at all stations within Production, such as meal portioning or kit packing, dishwashing, etc. This may be suitable for you if you have completed some shorter training with a food focus, or if you have no previous food education but have a strong interest. It is an advantage if you are flexible and a quick learner, and it is important that you have a loyal attitude toward your work.
