JOB DUTIES As a support pedagogue at Residential Support SoL, you have a special focus on developing and implementing pedagogical methods and tools that strengthen the user's independence and participation. You work closely with the staff team and provide pedagogical support, guidance, and development of the facility's working methods. The role combines day-to-day support for users with a clear pedagogical and development-focused responsibility. Your main tasks are to: • provide pedagogical support to users based on their individual needs, goals, and conditions, and contribute to independence and participation • plan, monitor, and develop measures and implementation plans together with users and colleagues • develop and implement pedagogical methods, tools, and techniques, and support the staff team through supervision • contribute to the facility's quality and development work, including developing methods and low-affective interaction • take responsibility for measure planning and Plan Act as well as coordinate measures and plan the facility's resources • use and develop individually adapted support methods, such as AAC, and work in Combine QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • is trained as a support pedagogue • has experience with LSS and knowledge of relevant legislation It is advantageous if you have experience working in the Combine management system. We are looking for someone who is secure and professional in your role and who can meet users with calmness and respect even in complex situations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES At Sinnehuset's daily activities program, we have about 20 participants and 9 staff members. The program primarily serves participants at early developmental levels. The activities offer a range of programs such as music, various forms of sensory stimulation, crafts, and more, both in group and individual settings for those who need it. Your closest colleagues will be support pedagogues and support assistants. You will also be part of a team with other pedagogues within the daily activities program. The support pedagogue role includes special tasks such as further developing quality within the units and providing pedagogical support to support assistants in daily work. In your role, you contribute with in-depth pedagogical knowledge in the disability field and support development work. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • is trained as a support pedagogue, occupational therapist, social worker, social/special pedagogue, or has other university education that the employer considers equivalent • has education and experience working with people in category 1 • has extensive experience expressing yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing • has a B-class driver's license We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Slussen offers external internships to people with disabilities who have a decision for daily activities according to LSS and SoL daily employment. As an employment consultant, you will primarily be part of a small work group of 4 consultants who work together to build networks, match the right internship to the right person, support and provide knowledge to supervisors at the workplace, and simultaneously be a support for the individual. As an employment consultant, you will be the contact person for our cooperation partners and be responsible for introduction and establishment of implementation plans. The work includes actively collaborating with other actors, such as Arbetsförmedling (Employment Agency) and Försäkringskassan (Social Insurance Agency) and entrepreneurs in Alingsås, and in collaboration with these, increasing the individual's opportunities for employment. You will also be part of a team with other educators within daily activities in order to quality assure daily activities as a whole. The position includes working in and contributing to the development of our Business Teams, which are external group activities within daily activities.
