JOB DUTIES Daily activities in Alingsås is now seeking an employment consultant who will work primarily at Slussen. Slussen offers external internships to people with disabilities who have a decision for daily activities according to LSS and SoL daily employment. As an employment consultant, you will primarily be part of a small work group of 4 consultants who work together to build networks, match the right internship to the right person, support and provide knowledge to supervisors at the workplace, and simultaneously be a support for the individual. As an employment consultant, you will be the contact person for our cooperation partners and be responsible for introduction and establishment of implementation plans. The work includes actively collaborating with other actors, such as Arbetsförmedling (Employment Agency) and Försäkringskassan (Social Insurance Agency) and entrepreneurs in Alingsås, and in collaboration with these, increasing the individual's opportunities for employment. You will also be part of a team with other educators within daily activities in order to quality assure daily activities as a whole. The position includes working in and contributing to the development of our Business Teams, which are external group activities within daily activities. You will also be an important part of the collaboration work between our different group activities, the Business Team, and Slussen. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have: • experience working in LSS activities • B driver's license We would like to see that you are educated as a Social Worker, social/special educator, occupational therapist, have at least 200 YH or 60 HP within pedagogical, social, and/or disability areas, or have other education that the employer considers equivalent. It is meritorious to have knowledge and experience of Supported Employment, IPS, and IBIC. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working together with both colleagues, individuals, and external actors. You are attentive and communicative and contribute to good relationships and functioning collaboration. The role requires that you are self-directed and take responsibility for driving your tasks and processes forward. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
