JOB DUTIES As a support pedagogue at Residential Support SoL, you have a special focus on developing and implementing pedagogical methods and tools that strengthen the user's independence and participation. You work closely with the staff team and provide pedagogical support, guidance, and development of the facility's working methods. The role combines day-to-day support for users with a clear pedagogical and development-focused responsibility. Your main tasks are to: • provide pedagogical support to users based on their individual needs, goals, and conditions, and contribute to independence and participation • plan, monitor, and develop measures and implementation plans together with users and colleagues • develop and implement pedagogical methods, tools, and techniques, and support the staff team through supervision • contribute to the facility's quality and development work, including developing methods and low-affective interaction • take responsibility for measure planning and Plan Act as well as coordinate measures and plan the facility's resources • use and develop individually adapted support methods, such as AAC, and work in Combine QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • is trained as a support pedagogue • has experience with LSS and knowledge of relevant legislation It is advantageous if you have experience working in the Combine management system. We are looking for someone who is secure and professional in your role and who can meet users with calmness and respect even in complex situations. You take responsibility for your tasks and independently drive the pedagogical development work forward. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy supporting and supervising colleagues. With your pedagogical insight, you can adapt methods and support based on the user's individual needs and conditions. Employment type: Permanent employment.
