Service Terms and Employment Conditions Service: Mon - Fri & every other weekend Employment degree: 60 - 90% Working hours: 15.30 - 22.30 Employment type: Permanent with initial 6-month probation period Start date: Immediately or by agreement Workplace: You will be based at our office in Österåker and work within Österåker Municipality. Work Tasks – What Will You Do? As an employee with us, you work in customers' homes with varying services based on individual needs: Personal care – support with hygiene, dressing and undressing, and mobility assistance Social support & conversation – create security through presence and good interaction Daily living support – help with meals and simple household tasks Supervision & safety – identify needs and contribute to safe care Documentation – document according to care plans Safety alarms – quickly respond to acute needs from customers who have activated alarms. We work on behalf of Österåker Municipality and are responsible for both standard home care tasks and handling safety alarms between 07.00 - 22.30. This means varied assignments with both planned and more acute interventions. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is dedicated and wants to contribute to safe and professional home care: Nursing assistant qualification (advantageous) – you have a recognized qualification, preferably with experience Experience in care work – you have previously worked in home care, elderly care, or similar Good Swedish in speech and writing – you can communicate clearly and document correctly B-driver's license (Highly advantageous) – you are a confident and experienced driver Comfortable with cycling (Required) – you feel comfortable traveling between customers by bike Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented – you take initiative, work independently, and stay calm in different situations while collaborating well with colleagues and treating people with empathy, respect, and understanding. Enebacken is a specialized residential facility focusing on somatic care/dementia and short-term/respite care with 108 places. As a nursing assistant, you will work with care and support based on residents' wishes, in accordance with care decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. For example, you will assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, respond to calls, and provide social companionship. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure all our residents can live life to the fullest. This can include conversation, playing games, going on outings, taking a bike ride, or organizing fun activities together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel, such as medication administration and training. We are currently seeking several colleagues at 75-100% for a permanent position with a probationary period. To be suitable for this position, you need: - A certificate from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant - Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written We also consider it a merit if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.
