About the Workplace Ersta Hospital is part of Ersta Diakoni and is Sweden's largest independent hospital with a clear value base – to see the whole person. The Geriatric Clinic currently consists of three geriatric care units, a department for specialized rehabilitation, and a cognitive outpatient clinic. About the Role As a nurse with us, you have a central role in the geriatric team. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on patient care and contribute with your clinical judgment in the team's collaborative work. The role combines patient-facing work with coordination and close collaboration with other professions. You will meet elderly patients with varying and often complex care needs and play an important role in creating security and continuity throughout the care journey. Since the unit is new, you will have the opportunity to shape work methods and routines from the start. You will also receive support from a coordinator who facilitates the admission and discharge process, so you can spend more time on the patient and clinical work. We are seeking nurses for both day/evening and night shifts. Full-time corresponds to 37 hours per week for two-shift work and 33.33 hours per week for night shift work.
