Information about the Workplace
Stuvsta Health Center is part of Praktikertjänst and operates on behalf of Region Stockholm. We currently have approximately 75 employees and over 22,000 registered patients. The health center is centrally located in Stuvsta centrum, close to commuter trains and buses.
Regular working hours are scheduled during daytime, Monday through Friday. We offer our employees ongoing training and continuous professional development.
Job Duties
As a nurse, you work from a holistic perspective with the patient's health in focus, and the goal is to provide the patient with personal, safe, and secure care in their home. The job duties are standard nursing tasks.
The team consists of 6 nurses and 7 nursing assistants as well as a permanent physician. We work in teams together with other professionals such as district nurses, physicians, and nursing assistants, and we hold rounds together with a dietitian, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or district nurse and who want to make a difference for our patients in their home environment.
It is an advantage if you have experience in basic home care nursing as well as knowledge of the TakeCare medical records system. A Category B driver's license is required for this position.
We value personal qualities highly and are looking for someone who is dedicated, empathetic, and confident in your professional role. You have a strong ability to work independently while also contributing to good collaboration with colleagues and other professionals. Furthermore, you are flexible, responsible, and have a holistic perspective on both the patient's needs and the organization's mission.

Employment
Permanent employment at 100% with a 6-month probationary period.
Start date by agreement.
