You should be experienced in collaboration and meeting students at different levels and have experience working with students with special needs. During school hours you will assist students in instruction and help ensure that each student develops in the social context. You assist students during breaks and meals and through care and supervision contribute to a safe environment for the students. You conduct instruction according to the teacher's plans. Afternoons are devoted to after-school activities where students participate in various activities.
