We are now looking for a Property Manager in Husby/Sollentuna who wants to help develop both our properties and our areas long-term.
About the Role
As a Property Manager with us, you have overall responsibility for a portion of our property portfolio – from technical, financial, and operational perspectives. You work closely with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to ensure well-maintained properties and high customer satisfaction.
You lead and develop a team consisting of property technicians, property caretakers, and environmental officers, creating conditions for engaged and well-functioning collaboration.
In the role, you will, among other things:
Take responsibility for planned maintenance and ongoing management
Drive minor maintenance and improvement projects
Conduct inspections at move-in and move-out
Work proactively with improvement and investment measures
Maintain ongoing contact with tenants, authorities, and contractors
Manage budget, monitoring, and business decisions within your area
Lead and develop your team in daily operations
About You
We believe you are a person who thrives with responsibility, enjoys creating structure, and has a talent for building good relationships. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and motivated by developing both people and properties.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
Post-secondary education in property management, or equivalent experience we deem comparable
Experience in property management and preferably in team leadership or management
A business-minded and proactive approach to work
A driver's license (Category B) and access to your own car
