With us, you have great flexibility and can work according to your own schedule, making this position perfect to combine with studies. You can also work five days a week if you want to work full-time. About the Role As a substitute at the preschool, you replace regular staff during absences, often with short notice the same morning. Together with other staff, you're responsible for the group of children and participate in games and activities both indoors and outdoors. You help with getting dressed and undressed, participate in educational meals, and above all, are a present adult for the children. We always match you personally to your assignments. You have a personal contact with us who supports you before, during, and after work. Of course, you'll receive an introduction before you start.
