At Installationsgruppen, we work exclusively with sales, design, project management, and installation of telecommunications, data, fiber, alarm systems, CCTV surveillance, indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. Installationsgruppen manages projects and installs physical infrastructure. Our installations vary in scope from full turnkey contracts to smaller service work. Installationsgruppen has extensive experience with complex projects with strong customer focus. Our business is growing and we need to hire more staff in Sollentuna.
JUNIOR INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

Do you enjoy dynamic and varied work?
As a future installation technician at Installationsgruppen, you will primarily work on simpler tasks such as cable routing to start with, and later you will learn to install telecommunications, data, fiber, alarm systems, CCTV surveillance, indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. You will do a lot of physical work, and it's good if you have good physical fitness, enjoy varied tasks, and getting out to help different customers alongside a more experienced colleague. It involves running cables, performing installations, labeling and documenting at our customers, who are mainly located in the Greater Stockholm area and Mälardalen, where you will primarily work in the Stockholm area.
Sometimes we also have assignments in other parts of Sweden and occasionally we have jobs abroad. So it's a varied job with a mix of larger and smaller projects, which means you need to be comfortable changing environments from time to time.
You need to have a genuine technical interest in problem-solving, not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" with practical work, and most importantly – HIGH WORK ETHIC, which is part of our company culture. If you have technical education and/or are generally skilled with construction or are a handy person who knows some electrical work, that's certainly a merit, but most importantly you need to be productive and results-oriented with the interest and ambition to learn and become skilled. Perhaps you've tried work in the construction industry as a carpenter or installer, or perhaps you have experience from the IT world. Regardless of your background, your ambition is to deliver quality craftsmanship, develop yourself, and become skilled at what you do.
If you live further away, we may be able to arrange a private room in an apartment with shared common areas for some of our installation technicians in Sollentuna.
