We are now seeking new staff members for our nursing team. Documentation is done in the Lifecare HSL journal system. Working hours are mainly during daytime with duty every sixth weekend. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse with a few years of experience in the profession. You feel confident in your profession and can independently make medical decisions and handle situations that arise in daily work within elder care. It is advantageous if you have further education in district care, elder care, or psychiatric care. As a person, you are mature, stable, and have good self-awareness. You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks while having good collaboration skills and contributing to a positive work environment. You are flexible and adapt easily when circumstances change. Since an important part of the assignment involves mentoring and supporting care staff, we see that you have pedagogical insight and the ability to adapt your communication based on the recipient's needs and circumstances. You are attentive, accessible, and have professional conduct.
