As a registered nurse in the Nära Vård team, you will have a varied and flexible job where you support LSS and social psychiatry operations with healthcare and nursing matters. Job Description About the role As a registered nurse with us, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for residents, and where you also make assessments and decisions about interventions in acute situations. You have the opportunity to plan your own work and have considerable responsibility for your operations. As a registered nurse within Nära Vård, you are significant and your expertise is highly valued. Your Workplace You work daytime Monday-Friday and never work on public holidays or weekends. You become part of an engaged and supportive team where collaboration is a given. Your Responsibilities Together with colleagues from different professions and external healthcare contacts, you work to create the best possible care – always with the patient in focus. In your role, you combine medical assessments, medication management and sampling with preventive work and participate in SIP and care planning. You are also responsible for documentation according to HSL and share your expertise by supervising and delegating to care personnel. Qualifications Requirements: Licensed registered nurse Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written) Good computer skills/computer experience Class B driver's license Meritorious: Experience working as a registered nurse in private or municipal care operations Professional experience within LSS and/or psychiatry Experience in supervision and training of personnel Experience with Hälsoärendet and Epsilon Specialist education in district & psychiatry.
