As a Product Owner CRM, you will have a central role in collaboration with colleagues, operational representatives, and suppliers. About the position CRM is a central platform for Vision's member, service, and relationship processes. As a product owner, you are responsible for the roadmap and backlog, create clear prioritization, and ensure that development delivers intended value. You will be the connecting link between operations, IT, technical specialists, and external suppliers. The role combines strategic product management with operational responsibility close to the business. You balance operational needs, member value, security, quality, cost, and technical prerequisites. Your main responsibilities • Own and develop the CRM platform's roadmap and prioritized backlog. • Capture, analyze, and prioritize needs together with operations. • Translate needs into clear requirements and ensure quality throughout delivery. • Follow up on deliveries, usage, improvement opportunities, and realized value. • Ensure that CRM integrates with web, integrations, and other operational systems. • Coordinate internal specialists and external suppliers during changes and upgrades. • Contribute to secure practices for data, permissions, testing, documentation, and management. • Support users and operational representatives in changed processes and working methods. The Supreme Court's primary mission is to lead the application of law through precedent-setting decisions. The Supreme Court is the final instance for civil cases, criminal cases, and matters decided by courts of appeal. Duties The position of judicial clerk at the Supreme Court spans many areas of law, particularly civil law, criminal law, and procedural law. The judicial clerk gains thorough knowledge of case law, becomes well acquainted with legislative history and doctrine within the general courts' field of activity, and increases their ability to analyze legal questions. As a judicial clerk, you are responsible for preparing and presenting cases. You present legal analyses and legal assessments of appeals and applications and provide well-reasoned suggestions for solutions. As a judicial clerk, you have the opportunity to participate in future precedent-setting and work together with some of Sweden's leading legal experts as well as handle interesting, stimulating and qualified legal work tasks.
