Sous Chef Wanted for Italian Restaurant Macelleria in Hagastaden Do you love Italian cuisine and are passionate about leading in the kitchen? Macelleria, a modern Italian à la carte restaurant located in the heart of Hagastaden, is now seeking a passionate and experienced sous chef who wants to be part of developing our culinary experience together with our dedicated team. About Us Macelleria is an Italian restaurant focused on the highest quality ingredients, authentic flavors, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. With roots in Tuscan cuisine and a menu that changes with the season's finest ingredients, we offer our guests a culinary journey from antipasti to dolci. We are looking for you who: Have at least 3 years of experience as a chef, preferably as a sous chef or in another leadership role Have a strong interest in Italian cuisine Are confident in leading the kitchen team in the head chef's absence Work in a structured manner and have good collaboration skills Have an eye for detail and strive for high quality in everything you do Speak Swedish or English fluently Your responsibilities will include: Daily operational responsibility together with the head chef Quality assurance of dishes and ingredients Scheduling and staff management in the kitchen Onboarding and mentoring of new employees Maintenance of hygiene and safety regulations We offer: A creative workplace in a rapidly growing neighborhood The opportunity to develop within Italian gastronomy A tight and engaged team Staff meals and generous employee discounts This position is full-time with a start date by mutual agreement.
