Do you want to work in a broad HR role where you can combine hands-on HR support with process and methodology development? We're now seeking a People & Culture Advisor for an international company where you'll become an important part of the HR function and contribute to both daily operations and future development. This is a long-term consulting assignment with immediate start.
About the Position
You'll join a small HR team and work closely with managers and employees throughout the employee journey. The role is broad and varied, with a focus on HR administration, HR processes, and business-oriented support. You'll also participate in improvement and digitalization initiatives within HR.
Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on HR support to managers and employees
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and personnel administration
• Support matters related to compensation, benefits, and HR processes
• Manage HR system cases and ensure accurate HR data
• Provide support on employment law matters and policies
• Participate in development and improvement projects within HR
Relevant Background
• Academic degree in HR, personnel management, or equivalent
• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in a broad HR role, such as HR generalist, HR coordinator, or HR specialist
• Experience supporting managers and employees with HR matters
• Experience in personnel administration and operational HR processes
• Good system experience, preferably with HR systems such as Workday
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Merits include experience from international organizations, knowledge of Swedish employment law and collective agreements, and experience with digitalization or process development within HR.
