Job Responsibilities As Lunch Head Chef, you'll have overall responsibility for lunch service and daily kitchen operations during lunch hours. Your tasks will include: Planning and preparing lunch of the day. Ensuring that food maintains high quality and is served on time. Planning and organizing daily kitchen work. Collaborating with the head chef and other team members to create an efficient workflow. Responding for order, hygiene, and self-inspection according to applicable food safety regulations. Contributing ideas and engagement in developing the lunch menu. Ensuring a good work environment and well-functioning collaboration in the kitchen. Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Has several years of experience as a chef. Has experience working independently and taking responsibility in the kitchen. Is organized, thorough, and quality-conscious. Thrives working at a fast pace. Has a genuine interest in Italian cooking and ingredients.
