Shape the future of cyber security in Atlantic Container Line AB Atlantic Container Line AB (ACL), part of the Grimaldi Group, is the world's oldest continuously operating container line and has been connecting Europe and North America since 1967. We believe you have: Several years of experience within information security, cyber security, governance, risk management or compliance. Good understanding of regulatory and security frameworks such as NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST or similar, as well as GDPR. Experience leading projects and driving initiatives across multiple stakeholders. At ACL, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact in a business that operates globally and plays an important role in international trade. You'll work closely with senior leadership, influence strategic decisions and help shape the future of security within a company where your expertise will matter from day one. We offer a collaborative international environment, short decision-making paths and the opportunity to build something lasting within a respected global organization. The position is based in Gothenburg and involves close collaboration with colleagues across Europe and North America. Some travel may be required. Recruitment process ACL is partnering with Ants Tech Recruiters in this recruitment. You're welcome to reach out to Gabriella Hagström at [email protected] if you have any questions. Technical Product Owner, Integration & Automation at Balder

We are Balder. We'd like to say that we're not like all the other real estate companies. That we dare to challenge the industry's old truths. As Technical Product Owner for Integration & Automation, you'll be the hub that connects Balder's system landscape, from our new financial system and data platform to master data and external services. The role sits centrally in our technical organization, close to both the business and development teams, and will grow as we expand to more Nordic countries. About the role The role alternates between thinking big and working in detail: one day it's about direction and roadmap in our Azure environment, another about ensuring an integration actually delivers as it should. You set the direction for both the business and those building the solutions. The short version: You'll own the roadmap and architecture for the entire integration and automation area. You'll act as solution architect – from requirements gathering to technical design and implementation. You'll lead and ensure quality of work by developers, consultants and vendors. You'll establish common standards and follow up on operations, incidents and technical debt. "We've gone from buying the entire integration delivery to owning the architecture, direction and technical decisions ourselves, with consultants as an extension of the team. At the same time, we're making a major technology journey with a new ERP, master data, data platform and several new business systems. It's a very exciting environment to be part of building." – Henrik, Enterprise Architect What we're looking for For you to both thrive and deliver with us, we believe you have several years of experience in integration architecture, integration development or technical product ownership in integration – regardless of whether it took you three or ten years to get there. What matters is that you've been involved throughout: gathered requirements, designed, developed and delivered an integration solution from start to finish, with a deep understanding of API design and various integration patterns. Requirements: Background as integration architect, senior integration developer, Solution Architect or Tech Lead. Experience with Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure Functions) Documented experience with solution architecture and technical design for integration solutions Experience with requirements gathering and technical leadership of developers or external delivery teams You've developed in some programming language (e.g. C#, .NET), are comfortable testing APIs and reading API documentation, and have experience with different types of authentication methods. Merits: Experience with Power Platform, Nodinite or Infrastructure as Code. Experience from the real estate industry or other operations with complex system landscapes. Who are you? You're technically skilled and hands-on, but it's the business and operational value that drive your choices, not the technology itself. Long-term ownership comes naturally to you, and you're social enough to navigate priorities between different stakeholders. Your curiosity makes you prefer to create order where it's lacking rather than maintain something already in place. Does this sound like a role for you? Great! We work with continuous selection, so send in your application today. The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months. The role is based at our office in Göteborg, with on-site work five days a week. In this process, we ask that you don't send a cover letter. Instead, we'd like you to answer our selection questions. We use recruitment tests to help us make the best and most objective selection possible. If you have questions about the position, you're welcome to contact Elin Kothe, TA-Konsult, at [email protected] Warmly welcome to us and an industry full of opportunities!
