Your Background As a Systems Architect, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure and business-critical IT environments. The role involves full responsibility for architecture, security, and operations, with a focus on high availability, redundancy, and compliance with regulations. About the role We are seeking an experienced and methodical Senior Personnel Planner who can handle daily operational challenges while maintaining a long-term perspective to create sustainable solutions and systematic working methods. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring we have the right personnel in the right place at the right time, while also contributing to developing our processes and working methods. The role involves overall responsibility for planning, analyzing, quality assuring and monitoring personnel supply within your assigned area. You translate traffic arrangements and operational plans into rolling forecasts, personnel balance sheets, risk assessments and action proposals. You will also play a central role in developing common methods, working practices and quality standards within personnel planning and in preparing decision-making materials for operational management. Main responsibilities Senior Personnel Planner is a service and specialist function that supports drivers, depots, traffic management and the operational organization. The role combines operational delivery with clear responsibility for analysis, forward planning, quality, methodology and monitoring. Your main areas of responsibility: Overall responsibility for rolling personnel planning and annual staffing cycle covering staffing, vacation, training, rest periods and other recurring activities. Forecasting and scenario analysis of personnel needs and staffing risks in the short, medium and long term. Personnel balance sheets by depot and job packages with clear status, risk assessment and action needs. Analysis of recruitment needs, redundancy risks, overtime, absences, vacancies, temporary staffing and schedule efficiency. Operational personnel planning, vacancy management from day 3 onwards, and development and quality assurance of work schedules and schedule positions. Payroll verification, payroll support and preparatory and monitoring payroll administration. Dialogue and requirement setting with traffic planning and depot managers regarding traffic changes, difficult-to-staff positions and inefficient arrangements. Qualifications Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, logistics, personnel planning, HR, payroll administration or similar field. Several years of documented experience in personnel planning, staffing planning or operational planning. Documented ability to independently develop and monitor analyses, forecasts and decision-making materials for staffing and resource needs. Very good knowledge of working time regulations, driving and rest time rules and relevant collective agreements. Experience with payroll administration controls, deviation management and quality assurance of payroll support materials. Very good system and computer skills and good ability to analyze and structure large amounts of data. Good Excel skills and experience with Hastus, SD Worx, Medvind, Trapeze or equivalent planning and payroll systems are advantageous. Experience from personnel-intensive transport operations is advantageous. Personal qualities We are looking for someone with very good analytical and planning ability, a holistic perspective and a structured working approach with high accuracy and sense of responsibility. You can distinguish between acute operational needs and structural staffing problems and translate analysis into concrete actions. We appreciate that you independently drive issues from identified risk through to implemented and monitored action. You have good communication skills and can build trusting relationships and collaborate with drivers, managers, traffic management, HR and payroll. You are confident in setting requirements, following up and escalating deviations in a constructive manner.
