Your New Role
Our client is a government agency within the judicial system. E-Services is part of the Digital Citizen Engagement section of the IT department. The assignment encompasses full-stack development with Java in the backend and Angular in the frontend in a modern container environment with Docker and OpenShift. The systems developed within E-Services include both internal systems used by the client's employees and e-services used by citizens and specific target groups who collaborate with or report to the client. You will be part of a cross-functional Scrum team consisting of developers, requirements/UX specialists, and project managers. This area is highly prioritized within the client's operations, which is why we are seeking someone with great drive to deliver high-quality code. The client has many interesting systems to develop, for example My Pages. The assignment includes new development, bug fixes, and improvements. You will work alongside engaged colleagues in an environment that promotes learning and development.
Requirements
You have six (6) years of documented experience working and developing in Java. The experience must have been acquired within the last 10 years.
You have at least 3 years of experience working and developing with Angular or React.
You have documented experience working with OpenShift or an equivalent container platform.
You have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
Merits
Experience with Scrum or other agile development work.
Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment processes.
Experience with automated testing.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Experience developing e-services aimed at citizens or other external users.
Security Process
The client places high demands on the consultant's security and confidentiality awareness. Security clearance with background check and signing of a security agreement according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted by the consultant and/or the consultant's employer before the assignment agreement can be executed. Security clearance is covered by the subcontractor. In some cases, Swedish citizenship is required.
