Employment Terms/Salary We have serious agreements with 6-6.5 hour workdays (our positions are 126 hours/month) with fixed monthly salary plus a bonus component that gives you increased motivation and additional supplements. We naturally have vacation pay, premium pay for evenings/weekends, sick pay, and follow LAS. The starting salary is set based on age, experience, and education. Experience No experience as a massage therapist is required, but experience in service or sports is a plus. Most important is personality and suitability for the position and other work experience. The Flex Concept We work with a concept that you will receive training in which makes it easier for you as a massage therapist to work sustainably and gently with deep massage. We also provide paid training through FLEX-ACADEMY so you feel confident in the concept before you start your employment. The training gives you in-depth knowledge in massage with new techniques, connective tissue massage, prenatal massage, and our technical systems such as booking system, intranet, and cash handling. All clinics are open every day of the week. We also visit around 30 corporate clients at their locations.
