Responsibilities
As Aftermarket Manager, you will be offered an important role in our continued development. You will be responsible for leading, developing, and monitoring the aftermarket business with a focus on customer value and long-term growth. You have budget and profit responsibility as well as personnel responsibility for the aftermarket team of approximately 10 employees. The role also involves close collaboration with site managers, workshop managers, and parts coordinators at the company's various locations. You will be an important force in coordinating, supporting, and developing operations across our regions to create a more unified service experience and strengthen the business as a whole.
You will work proactively to develop service offerings, identify improvement areas, and ensure we are at the forefront of meeting customer needs.
In this role, you are also expected to be a culture bearer for Axima's core values ONE, where Engagement, Accessibility, and Security permeate daily work.
Profile
For this role, we believe you have previously worked in a leading position including personnel, budget, and profit responsibility. Experience from the agricultural industry or related fields is highly desirable, as is previous aftermarket experience.
You have a strong customer focus with a good ability to develop business and create results while recognizing the importance of building strong relationships both internally and externally.
You see the advantage in working proactively and prefer to stay one step ahead by identifying needs, developing relevant service offerings, and ensuring that operations meet future expectations.
You are fluent in Swedish and English in speaking and writing, have good computer skills and experience with ERP systems. Since the role involves regular travel to our facilities, a valid driver's license (category B) is required.
