To succeed in the role, we believe that you have: • At least 10 years of experience as a producer/director, with a strong portfolio of corporate or commercial film work • Demonstrated experience working with large corporate clients, ideally in long-term or retainer-style relationships • Strong knowledge of the corporate communications landscape, and the different formats and requirements for internal and external audiences • Proven ability to manage the full production lifecycle: concept development, scripting, planning, on-location producing/directing, and post-production oversight • Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build trust throughout a production • Fluency in English, written and spoken, and an understanding of Swedish • Comfortable working as part of a larger, multidisciplinary production team Why Join Us You'll be stepping into a senior role on one of our most important client accounts, with many exciting ongoing projects. You'll also have the creative freedom to shape future high-profile documentary and commercial productions from the ground up — backed by an experienced team and a client relationship built on years of trust.
