About the Workplace
Fruängen Health Center is a family-like, employee-driven clinic with short decision-making processes and a big heart. The health center is located in Fruängen Medical Building together with several specialist clinics. The medical building is centrally located in Fruängen near subway and bus stations. The health center is part of Praktikertjänst AB. The health center currently has approximately 10,500 registered patients, a child health center, and a large home care service with approximately 240 enrolled patients.
Your specialist training position will be varied and substantive, following the requirements of the role description. To make this possible, we offer, among other things:
* Scheduled mentoring time each week, plus continuous guidance beyond that.
* Good contact with the training director.
* Great opportunity to work with your mentor to shape the content of your specialist training position.
Duties
As a specialist training physician with us, you work in a team with other staff in a fun, varied, challenging, and to some extent independent environment. You have a physician clinic with scheduled and acute patient visits, phone hours, and management of cases in our digital channel. You can also, based on your interests, work more or less in home care services. Mentoring is scheduled with a general medicine specialist one hour per week, but there is always room for questions and support from your colleagues. One afternoon a week there is training together with other specialist training physicians in the region. Currently there are five specialist training colleagues at the clinic.
Qualifications
Licensed physician with interest in primary care.
Personal Qualities
You have a positive attitude, are flexible, and see opportunities to do what's best for the patient. You have good collaboration skills and great commitment, and can effectively prioritize among your tasks.

Employment is 100%. Part-time can be discussed.
