I am based in Sundbyberg, am a social worker, and work as a counselor in healthcare. A major interest of mine is gardening and I spend a lot of time at my allotment garden. I also have an interest in crafts. You will assist me both at work, during leisure activities, and when I am at home.
Due to a muscle disease, I use personal assistance around the clock and I am now looking for an assistant who can work 24-hour shifts scheduled 07–07, a total of five nights per month including overnight on-call duty. The available schedule pattern looks as follows:

I am looking for someone who is attentive, confident in themselves, and who is comfortable being a background person. We are a small work team and it is important that you have a strong work ethic and are flexible when needed. Many of my assistants combine work with me with artistic activities or self-employment. I would prefer that you are a woman and approximately my age.
For transfers, I use a manual transfer technique that you will learn during your introduction. However, it is important that you are in reasonably good physical condition from the start.
The employment level is 60% of full-time. The employer for my assistants is Aberia and the collective agreement is Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal. The employment form is "fixed-term as long as the assignment lasts".
