ABOUT THE ROLE
You build your own network of consultants and serve as a key contact for our customers to meet their staffing needs.
You have overall responsibility for consultant staffing and actively work with negotiations, contracts, and follow-up.
The role is a mix of account management and consultant management, giving you a broad and business-driven position with great development potential.

Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 with one hour of flex time
Employment level: 100%
Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
Start date: As soon as possible
Location: We're located in lovely bright offices at our headquarters in central Stockholm. Our policy is that probationary employees work full-time in the office for the best possible onboarding. As a permanent employee, you'll then have the option to work remotely a certain number of days per week
ABOUT THE SELECTION PROCESS

Our selection process begins with us reviewing your CV and your presentation in the application, followed by phone interviews for candidates who meet the requirements. If we're a good fit after the conversation, we move on to a personal in-person interview.
