Administrative Management Consultant – Healthcare Organization A medical unit within the public healthcare system in Stockholm needs to reorganize its system administration. The unit manages over 20 mission-critical IT systems that support clinical processes, and the management team consists of about fifteen professionals with diverse backgrounds: nurses, hospital physicists, engineers, and physicians. The systems have increased in number and complexity in recent years, and today's administrative organization no longer matches the unit's needs, either in terms of resources or expertise. You will analyze the current state and develop an administration model that will stand the test of time. The assignment is time-limited and clearly defined in its deliverables: a target vision, a role structure, and an implementation plan that the unit can begin working with.
