We are currently looking for a female part-time substitute caregiver in personal assistance for a cheerful and active 13-year-old girl who lives alternately every other week in Hedemora and Säter.
We are seeking a female personal assistant for a lively and social girl who enjoys playing, crafts, music, and dancing. She likes spending time outdoors and has an interest in animals, so applicants should not be allergic to fur-bearing pets.
She needs help with all personal hygiene and certain medical equipment such as a cough machine, BiPAP at night, and a feeding tube for extra nutrition. She can walk independently but uses a wheelchair for longer distances.
We are looking for someone who is calm, reliable, and attentive, while also being creative and engaged. You need to be able to express yourself well in Swedish, have a driver's license, and have access to a car.
What does the job as a personal assistant involve?
As a personal assistant, you work for a person with a functional variation. You help with the things in daily life that many take for granted, such as getting dressed, managing the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a real difference and enable another person's daily life to function.
We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day so that a person can live their life as they wish is what we consider the most important job in the world.

We would like it if you:
have a genuine interest in helping others.
can understand and communicate in Swedish.
can work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekends. Some of our positions also require the ability to work nights.
have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).
Additional Information
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
