Do you want to help customers find the best solutions while working in an energetic team driven by goals and competition? As a sales associate at Telia's store in Gallerian, Stockholm, your task is to understand each customer's needs for services and products and, based on that, create customized solutions. My name is Berkan Gurcan and I'm Store Leader; my goal is to coach and support you in succeeding with sales and service. What I love about my job is the variety and continuous learning. Our daily work consists of helping customers find the right products for both everyday and professional life. Tasks involve everything from suitable broadband subscriptions, TV packages, the latest mobile phones, but also how business customers can set up or improve their telephone exchange. Telia is at the forefront of these services and products, and our employees are experts when it comes to customer solutions. We're looking for someone who loves building customer relationships, takes own initiative, and is driven by finding the right solution for each customer - and of course you enjoy selling (both in-store, via phone & other sales activities).
