We are an innovative PropTech company with offices centrally located at Stureplan that develops next-generation digital services for the housing market. Now we are looking for energetic and driven Meeting Schedulers who want to work remotely with flexible working hours. In this role, you will contact private individuals (homeowners) by phone to map their interest in selling their home and introduce how our AI technology can help them achieve a smoother and more effective real estate transaction. Your main responsibilities Contact homeowners via phone based on prepared contact lists. Ask relevant questions to spark interest and map any potential sales plans. Book interested individuals for a free consultation/valuation. Register and update information systematically in our CRM system. Who are you? Communicative & Trustworthy: You find it easy to talk with all kinds of people, are pleasant on the phone, and have excellent knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). Goal-oriented & Self-driven: You enjoy working toward set targets and have the discipline to structure your own workday from home. Fearless: You see opportunities in every call and don't let yourself be discouraged by a "no." Meritorious: Experience in meeting booking, phone sales, customer service, or interest in real estate and new technology/AI.
