Arbetsbeskrivning Arbetet består huvudsakligen av tillverkning av träullit. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning med start så fort som möjligt. Du kommer ingå i ett team med stort eget ansvar och självständighet. Arbetsuppgifter Utföra uppgifter relaterade till vilken position som helst på stora maskin Utföra AM (operatörsunderhåll) aktiviteter enligt instruktion. Utföra 5S (ordning och reda) aktiviteter enligt instruktion. Följa satta arbetsinstruktioner. Tillgänglig för andra arbetsuppgifter vid behov och begäran av ledningen Krav för tjänsten Erfarenhet från tung industri Ha fyllt 18 år Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska (engelska är meriterande) Din profil Ansvarstagande och noggrann Stresstålig och flexibel Samarbetsvillig med ett positivt förhållningssätt Tekniskt intresserad och god förståelse för industriella maskiner och processer Säkerhetsmedveten och kvalitetsfokuserad i ditt dagliga arbete Du trivs med att arbeta i team och bidrar aktivt till en god arbetsmiljö. About the Role With us, you will have an important role in strengthening children's and young people's living conditions through preventive work, relationship-building interventions, and close collaboration between schools, social services, and other stakeholders. As a Child and Youth Counselor, you work preventively and supportively with children and young people at risk of encountering difficulties, for example through mental health challenges, antisocial behavior, or psychosocial issues. The work is highly varied and characterized by high availability, flexibility, and relationship-building interventions where you meet the child or young person in their own environment where needs and resources exist. You work from implementation plans that you develop together with the family, and actively work to motivate change and support the young person in following through on ongoing interventions. When needed, you also refer them to other relevant contacts within healthcare or schools. The position also includes documentation in our journal system. Since the position involves driving, a class B driver's license is required. As a person, you are skilled at building relationships and have a natural ability to establish safe alliances with both young people and their families.
