JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant, you will meet the individual's basic and specific care and nursing needs—both social, cultural, physical, and mental. We do this by safeguarding and respecting each person's right to privacy and bodily integrity, self-determination, participation, and individualized care, so that the individual lives a dignified life and experiences well-being. As a nursing assistant at Antuna, you work closely with elderly residents and support them in their daily lives through person-centered care and support. Job duties include direct care and support, documentation/record-keeping, coordinating with staff, and developing implementation plans to ensure eldercare based on the individual's needs. Medication delegation is part of the position. We are now seeking someone interested in working as a nursing assistant in a permanent position with 85-90% hours. Start date varies by position and will be determined by agreement. We are recruiting 2 new team members for Antuna. Permanent positions involve work across different departments but with a primary base in one department with standard focus. These positions are based on a standard schedule that includes day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends. Flexibility, empathy, strong collaboration and communication skills, and a curiosity to learn are important qualities that we value. QUALIFICATIONS We seek someone trained as a nursing assistant or with equivalent education. It is a plus if you have supplementary training in dementia care, psychiatry, or palliative care. You must have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. For success in this role, we believe certain personal qualities are important. When working with users, integrity and empathetic ability are essential. Collaboration skills and flexibility are necessary among colleagues. We place great weight on personal suitability.
