Your task will be to ensure the smooth operation of the building's technical equipment and participate in its routine maintenance. You will be responsible for: • operation, inspection, and routine maintenance of wastewater treatment plants, demineralization stations, incinerators, ventilation systems (HVAC), and sprinkler systems, • monitoring of the building's technical equipment and troubleshooting operational faults, • performing minor repairs and routine maintenance work, • maintaining basic operational documentation.

Your work will primarily consist of routine electrical maintenance, such as replacing outlets, lighting fixtures and circuit breakers, minor electrical installation repairs, and preventive inspections of building systems. What will you be responsible for at OKIN? Performing electrical installations. Replacing outlets, lighting fixtures and circuit breakers. Spot checks and preventive inspections of the building.
